This website is run by Kodindo, a web design studio registered in Singapore as a sole proprietorship (UEN 53527433E). If you have any question about your data or this policy, email us at hello@kodindo.com and a real person will reply.
We keep this deliberately small. We collect personal data in two ways:
We do not collect payment details on this site. When you become a client, invoices and card payments are handled securely by Stripe under their own terms.
Our forms are processed by Netlify, who host this site and pass your message to our inbox by email. That means your enquiry is handled by Netlify and by our email provider on our behalf, purely to deliver it to us. We ask them only to process your data to run the site and get your message through, nothing else.
We never sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for advertising. The only parties that touch it are the service providers that make the site work, currently Netlify (hosting and form delivery), our email provider, and Google Analytics. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver your project and meet our record-keeping obligations. If your enquiry doesn't lead to work together, we delete it on request or during routine clean-ups. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard settings.
The only cookies this site sets are for Google Analytics, to measure visits. They don't identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@kodindo.com and we'll sort it out. Depending on where you live, you may have formal rights under Singapore's PDPA or the EU/UK GDPR, we're happy to honour those regardless.
Our service providers may process data on servers outside your own country. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
